__Q. Can I book more than one?__  

A. You can book up to 2 x Lucky Dips per order—any more than that and we can’t guarantee you’ll all be at the same events.

__Q. My friend and I booked Lucky Dips separately-can you make sure we see the same shows?__  

A. If you want to get lucky together, make sure you book in the same transaction (and for the same night). Otherwise we won’t be able to put you in the same events.  

__Q. When will I find out what’s in my Lucky Dip?__  

A. You’ll receive an updated order confirmation within 72 hours of your initial booking which will reveal your Lucky Dip events.  

__Q. Can I change my night once I’ve booked?__  

A. Nope! Choose your date wisely, as we are not able to exchange Lucky Dips into a different night.

__Q. I’m already seeing heaps of things at RISING—can you make sure I get different shows?__  

A. We will do our best to check your account for other RISING events before choosing your Lucky Dip events, but we can’t guarantee a double-up free program for you.

__Q. How many events do I get for my Lucky Dip?__  

A. Two events on the night of your choice—anything from dance, live music, theatre and outdoor events.

__Q. What time will the events be?__  

A. The earliest event of your Lucky Dip night will be 5.30PM on a weeknight, or 5PM on a weekend. 

__Q. I have access requirements—can I still enjoy a Lucky Dip?__  

A. Absolutely! Please let us know of your individual access needs at the time of purchase and we can ensure they are accommodated in your Lucky Dip events.
